Karen Ugalde

Karen Ugalde is an arts educator with over a decade of experience teaching and coordinating programs in theater, dance, and visual arts for children. She has led creative projects in both school settings and community-based initiatives, combining artistic exploration with social engagement. Karen has worked with Mexico’s Ministry of Culture and the renowned Colectivo Tomate. She holds a degree in Arts Education from Universidad Veracruzana and specialized training in choreography and theater through INBA.

Fred Weedon

Fred Weedon is a writer, educator, and multidisciplinary artist based in Mexico City. He has over a decade of experience teaching English to children and adults, and holds a degree in Comparative Literature and English Literature from the University of Glasgow. In addition to education, Fred has worked as a journalist, produced cultural radio for the BBC, and hosted an independent jazz and electronic music show for over ten years. His artistic practice spans journalism, sound, and performance, with a focus on accessible storytelling and creative community engagement.
